AI Disclaimer

This disclaimer formalises the scope and limits of Grounded Trailblazer's AI-enabled services. It applies to all advisory, deployment, and observability offerings unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

1. Purpose of this disclaimer

This AI Disclaimer explains the nature, scope, and limits of the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities offered by Grounded Trailblazer ("GT", "we", "us"), including our advisory services, Agent Studio deployment infrastructure, and Token Analyser observability tooling. It forms part of your engagement with us and should be read together with our Legal & Disclaimers page and any signed Master Services Agreement.

2. AI outputs are probabilistic, not definitive

AI systems produce probabilistic outputs based on patterns in data. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They may reflect bias present in training data or changing third-party models. GT does not warrant that any AI-generated output will be correct, complete, current, or fit for any specific use.

Human review by appropriately qualified personnel is required before any AI-generated output is relied upon for a material decision. AI outputs are decision-support material, not a substitute for professional judgement.

3. No legal, financial, or clinical advice

GT provides strategic architecture, governance tooling, and advisory services to support your internal compliance, risk management, and decision-making. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, or clinical advice.

Nothing generated by our AI systems, or communicated by our personnel, should be treated as legal, financial, or clinical advice. You should obtain independent professional advice qualified to your circumstances before acting on any AI-informed output.

4. Designed to support — not guarantee — compliance

Our architecture and tooling are designed to support regulatory compliance and to help organisations prepare for compliance, insurer, and board review. They provide audit evidence to support defensible decision-making and are intended to reduce risk when implemented with appropriate customer controls.

GT does not represent that any deployment will be approved by, or satisfy the requirements of, any regulator, board, insurer, or auditor. Compliance with applicable laws and standards remains the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, security, ROI, or the elimination of risk.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the configuration, deployment, and oversight of AI systems within their environment, including data inputs, access controls, human-in-the-loop review, and validation of outputs against their own regulatory and operational requirements.

The effectiveness of any governance architecture depends on the customer implementing and maintaining appropriate controls. GT's tooling reduces risk only when used in conjunction with those controls; it does not replace them.

6. Data handling and model training

GT does not use customer data to train shared AI models without express written opt-in. Data handling, retention, and deletion are governed by the Data Processing Agreement and security schedule executed as part of a formal engagement, and by the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable.

7. Third-party models and services

Our offerings may rely on third-party AI models, cloud providers, and APIs that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and cannot guarantee that third-party services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Customers should assess third-party dependencies as part of their own risk management.

8. Australian Consumer Law

This disclaimer is subject to the non-excludable guarantees and remedies provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, nothing here limits or excludes them. To the extent liability can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

For our full legal positioning — including website terms, privacy, and the no adviser–client relationship notice — see our Legal & Disclaimers page.

This AI Disclaimer is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Terms specific to a paid engagement are governed by your executed Master Services Agreement and applicable order forms or product schedules. Last updated: August 2026.
